Returns Policy


Returns may be made within 30 days of a purchase being made. If 30 days have lapsed since a purchase was made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.


If applicable and once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

We will also notify you of an approval or rejection of refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment as soon as possible ((this will need to be specific - check the law)).

2.1 Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be approved (if applicable), examples of which are as follows:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2.2 Late or missing refund credit

Following a notification of a credit refund and after 14 business days you have yet to receive it, please verify with your credit/ debit card issuer to ensure the fund transfer is being processed.

Items which are either defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. If you require a like-for-like exchange of an item, please send us an email to and post the item to the address stated below.

All costs associated with postage of returned items are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser/ recipient.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

Rea's of Finvoy cannot guarantee you will receive exchanged products, though we will endeavour to ensure it reaches you as promptly as possible.

This refunds policy may change from time-to-time depending on legal frameworks or for business reasons. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes. Specific policy changes and updates are mentioned in the change log below.
